If you can answer yes to the following questions, your child may qualify for the Pediatric Eczema Elective Registry (PEER).

• Is your child between the ages of 2 and 17 years of age?
• Does your child have eczema (atopic dermatitis)?
• Has your child used Elidel® cream to treat his or her eczema?
• Has your child used Elidel® cream for at least 42 days during the last six months? Elidel® use can be either continuous or intermittent (off and on) but should total at least 42 day.
