“RECORD-3” Kidney Cancer Study CRAD001L2202

The reason for the study is to compare a study drug when given before Sutent® versus taking Sutent® before the study drug. We want to investigate the sequence of both drugs to see which sequence will show better results on how quickly the tumors may react, or how long before the tumor starts to grow. We also want to investigate the harmful effects of both drugs to see which treatment sequence has less side-effects for the patient.
Trial phase: Phase 2
Participation Duration: Participants will be required to visit the study center 2 times during each 42 day treatment cycle. Participation duration will last until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or discontinuation from treatment for any other reason.
Protocol Number: CRAD001L2202
