Adult participants or participating children (at least 12 years of age or older) and their parent or caregiver will be required to take part in a 2 week screening process. Participants passing the screening process will be eligible to participate in the study for an additional 24 weeks, where they will be required to visit the study center every 2 to 4 weeks to receive treatments by injection.
