Psoriasis

This is a fluctuating but persistent skin disease that gets its name from the Greek word for "itch." The skin is inflamed, with red, thickened areas bearing silvery scales; it's seen most often on the elbows, knees, scalp, and lower back. It may be so mild that people don't know they have it. At the other end of the spectrum, severe psoriasis may cover large areas of the body.

Novartis is seeking people to participate in a clinical trial(s) testing the safety and effectiveness of Novartis products. Novartis recommends that you consult your doctor before participating in a clinical trial.
