Paget's Disease of Bone
This disorder of bone metabolism results in slow enlargement of the affected bone, and deformities that sometimes produce severe pain and/or disfigurement. The abnormal bone may press on nerves and interfere with joint function. The cause is unknown.

Paget’s Disease Study CZOL446K2401
The purpose of this clinical trial is to find out if educating study investigators and participants effect of investigator and patient education on calcium and vitamin D supplementation can manage the potential for hypocalcemia (calcium deficiency) following the administration of a study drug injection in participants with Paget's disease of bone. The study drug has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of people with Paget's Disease.
Trial phase: Phase 4
Participation Duration: Participants will be required to visit the study center about 2-3 times over a maximum of 1 month.
